Shipping Policy

Delivery Charges

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders exceeding Rs.3, 999/- in value. For orders below this value, a nominal shipping charge of Rs.199 will apply.

Orders weighing more than 10 KGs will be charged Rs.50 per extra KG.

Delivery Time

Orders placed before 12:00 noon (Pakistan Standard Time) on a business day will be shipped the same day via Registered Courier Service. Orders received after 12:00 pm will be dispatched the following day.

Please note that orders placed on Sundays and Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.

Delivery time for all orders is between 5 to 7 working days, excluding Sundays. Please note that during peak shopping periods or mega sales events, delivery may take up to 7 working days.

Advance Payment

For orders exceeding the value of Rs.15, 000/- we require advance payment. Once you receive order confirmation, our team will contact you with payment information, and the account details will be communicated then. The order will be dispatched only after our team confirms the payment being received in the bank.
